1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Handmade Checker ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
2. Description of Service
Handmade Checker is a Chrome browser extension that analyzes Etsy product listings using AI to provide a confidence score and authenticity verdict. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.
3. Free and Pro Plans
The Extension offers a Free plan with limited daily checks (10 per day) and a Pro plan with 100 checks per day plus additional features. Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe at the rates displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Subscription and Cancellation
Pro subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time through the Extension's Manage Subscription option, which redirects to the Stripe Billing Portal. Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Accuracy Disclaimer
The AI analysis provided by Handmade Checker is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can produce incorrect results. Do not rely solely on the Extension's verdict for purchasing decisions.
6. Fair Use
We reserve the right to limit or suspend access for users who abuse the service, attempt to circumvent credit limits, or violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Handmade Checker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
